The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.I live and travel with this philosophy in my mind. Over the years I have been blogging about my passion in quite a few publications. Here is a brief summary.
As a travel and heritage writer, I indulge in historical writing and photo essays for Unhurried. As a travel writer I wrote a monthly column for Citizen Matters on weekend getaways from Bengaluru. I have also contributed to a Bangalore guide book- Get to Know Bengaluru Better and wrote around 60-70 “Out of City Destinations”.
Previously I worked for the Alternative covering a passion of mine- sustainability. I worked as an environmental writer at Alternative. The work involved interviewing leaders in the sustainability sector and profiling their journey.
I have also worked at Indiahikes ,a trekking organization . The work involved interviewing trekkers, and blogging about Himalayan treks.
Another one of my passions is counseling and I am working as an online mentor for the IGDCS course at Banjara Academy.
